FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

ARE THE STONES REAL?

Yes, all crystals and gem stones used in 9th of the Ninth Jewellery are real unless stated otherwise. They are sourced locally and internationally.

 

WILL MY PRODUCT / STONE LOOK LIKE THE ONE IN THE PHOTO?

No two gem stones / crystals are alike, so the one in the photo will always be different (shape/size/exact colouring) to the one you may receive. If this is of concern, you are welcome to Contact Us by email and we can assist you with making a purchase. 

Sterling Silver rings are hand crafted individually so there can be a slight variance to each ring. Ie: pattern, twist, knot etc.

But this is very minimal.

 

ARE ALL THE ITEMS HANDMADE?

Yes, all product are designed and handmade by Sherryne Preston, in our studio on the Central Coast in NSW, Australia unless otherwise stated.

 

CAN I REQUEST FOR AN ITEM TO BE MADE?

Absolutly, we are happy to accommodate your request where possible. Custom orders are welcome if a style has sold out or not avaialble please send us an email on our Contact Us page.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE RING TO PURCHASE?

We have a ring Sizing Guide which should assist you in purchasing an item. If you are still unsure you are welcome to send us an email with your query.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

We offer PayPal as a secure method of payment for our customers. As this is a worldwide online payment operator they ensures all transactions are performed under the most strict security conditions. You can use either complete your transaction with your PayPal account or credit card of your choice. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?

We do not refund for incorrect purchase or change of mind, however we are happy to help if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Any item returned must be in original condition and packaging, please note earrings for hygenic reasons cannot be returned. Head to our Policies Page for more information.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once we have recieved your payment, your order will be packaged and sent within 2 business day. Your order is sent Express with Australia Post, this can take 1 - 3 business days and for regional areas can take longer. Please note that this does not guarantee next day delivery. Please take into account any postage delays by Australia Post are not the responsibility of 9th of the Ninth.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we can send orders overseas. There are several methods this can be done either Air Mail with Australia Post, however this will not provide you with a tracking number or insurance. Registered Post is a safer method, depending on the country this is being sent to and may incurr a different price than others. Best to send us an email and we can quote you the best prices for shipping. 
IMPORTANT: Some countries may charge a duty and or customs fee to receive your parcel. This is usually a tax as a result of you importing in a product from overseas. Please be aware as this is the customers responsibility to pay and not 9th of the Ninth. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email in which we will provide you with a tracking number, together with a link to a website where you will be able to track your order.
