TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Please read all conditions and policies below before making a purchase with us. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to Contact Us.

 

All 9th of the Ninth orders are carefully inspected and then packaged safely before they are dispatched, this is to ensure the items are in perfect condition upon arrival. 

SHIPPING 

 

DOMESTIC

 

All parcels are sent Express with Australia Post $6.95

 

Insurance and/or signature on delivery (Registered Post) for your parcel can be arranged at an additional cost of $2.95. 

This option can be added to your cart in the same manner as purchasing a piece of jewellery.

 

Upon dispatch you will be provided with a tracking number for your order. Express shipping can take 1 -3 business days to arrive, please aware that regional areas can take longer.

 

Please allow approximately 2 business days for your parcel to be sent out once payment has been recieved.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that without Registered Post for your parcel, in the case of a ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ parcel 9th of the Ninth cannot be held responsible for the item/s once it has left the studio. 

If you have selected Registered Post, and there is an issue with delivery an enquiry can be lodged and compensation can be issued from Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL
 

Shipping for international parcels with Australia Post $20.00 AUD

Insurance for your parcel may be at an additional cost. 

 

Best to send us an email first and we can quote you the best prices for international shipping. 


IMPORTANT: Some countries may charge a duty and or customs fee to receive your parcel. This is usually a tax as a result of you importing goods from overseas. Please be aware as this is the customers responsibility to pay and not 9th of the Ninth.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / FAULTS

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

 

As all 9th of the Ninth jewellery is completely handmade, there will always be slight variations in the hammering, twisting, knotting etc of the silver. Also due to the raw nature of the gemstones and crystals used, what you receive may differ slightly from the photographed image online. These are considered NOT to be a fault to the product.

 

We do not refund for incorrect purchase or change of mind, however we are happy to help with an Exchange or Gift Voucher if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

 

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to organise returning your product.

Items must be received back to the studio within 7 days of the customer receiving the item/s. 

Please allow 2 business days for the return process to be completed.

All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

 

All sales on custom orders are final, i cannot accept returns due to the time and resources that go into this service. 

 

*Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any return and re shipping postage costs.

We will not process a return if the product is damaged in return freight. Make sure you carefully pack and protect the item when it is being posted back to our studio.

 

EXCHANGES / GIFT VOUCHERS

 

You must contact 9th of the Ninth within 2 days of receiving your order to organise an Exchange or Gift Voucher. You are welcome to request for an exchange of item to equal or lesser value of the purchase price, (any remainder will be issued back on a Gift Voucher). You may also exchange the size if available. If your size is not available, it may be possible to request for a custom order. 

 

*Please note: the customer is responsible for any return and re shipping postage costs. 

 

Any item that is returned will be inspected and must be in original condition and unworn, please note earrings for hygenic reasons cannot be returned. 9th of the Ninth reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if we believe the product is not in its original condition.

 

FAULTY ITEM

 

9th of the Ninth jewellery pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care. Please read our Product Care page.  Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault. 

 

If you feel a piece of 9th of the Ninth jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred please contact Sherryne at 9thoftheninth@gmail.com within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please include an image of the fault and a description of what has occured.

 

The piece will be assessed and if considered faulty, Sherryne will gladly repair, replace or provide a full refund for the faulty item minus shipping costs.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

MAKING A REQUEST FOR A CUSTOM PIECE

 

If you have seen an item online that is either sold out or unavailable in your size, customers are welcome to send through an email on our Contact Us page requesting if one can be made.

 

Please note that with some custom orders it may possibly be charged at a higher price than what is advertised due to the availability of materials. A quote will be sent to the customer upon request of the custom order.

Once approved by the customer the order will then be placed and put into production.

 

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your item to be made.

 

Due to the time and resources that go into making a custom order all sales are final. 9th of the Ninth will not accept returns on these pieces.
